    Michele Henderson & Friends

    Michele Henderson is a singer and songwriter from the island of Dominica who has produced 6 solo albums and is well known for her creole music repertoire. She has performed the world over including the St. Lucia Jazz Festival, the World Creole Music Festival, Roskilde Festival in Denmark, Antilliaanse Feesten in Belgium and the Imatra Big Band Festival in Finland, among others. With so much international experience under her belt, she has become a seasoned artist whose live performances leave audiences astounded at her level of talent and prowess. Michele is also an official Goodwill Ambassador to Dominica.

    Larnell Lewis & Joy Lapps [ / ] [ / ] [ / ] [ / ]

    Larnell Lewis is a GRAMMY Award winning musician, composer, producer, educator and clinician. Larnell has established himself as one of the most diverse, skilled and sought-after drummers of this time. Check out his latest release Slice of Life. Joy Lapps is an internationally lauded artist, composer, speaker, consultant and educator. Joy activates spaces for community building and creative expression, using the steelpan as her primary tool for engagement.

    Charmaine Forde

    Charmaine Forde, became an instant hit when she competed in the then-popular television talent series Scouting for Talent at the end of the 1970s, then delving head first into a professional music career in 1980. Forde was compared to the likes of Nancy Wilson, Natalie Cole and Chaka Khan, being nicknamed 'Champagne Charmaine' by her fans. Her work with jazz guitarist Michael Boothman resulted in a cover of "What You Won't do for Love", which was a local hit. After a storied career in the US, Charmaine is once again back on the Greens to wow audiences with her dynamic range and impressive soul-jazz vocal styling.

    Kyle Peters

    Kyle Peters is a musician, instrumentalist, producer, and tutor. He is the founder of Visionary Music Group. His name pops up quite often as the featured guitarist and co-composer on popular local tunes: Mical Teja's DNA and Runaway, Peace of Mind by Voice, Anxiety by Patrice Roberts and Carry It by Bunji Garlin, among others. With a love of music spanning over three decades and a journey grounded on persistence, Peters continues to excel. With his band Vizion, he opened for Hugh Masekela in San Fernando as a pioneering first step in the jazz scene. He returns to the Greens after many years.

    Kye DeVere

    Kye De Vere is a versatile artist whose music blends soulful pop with island and African rhythms, infused with elements of jazz, blues, and R&B. With a rich English and Caribbean heritage, her sound reflects a unique fusion of cultural influences. Her voice is powerful, textured, and soulful, delivering a distinctive sound that captivates audiences. Combining tradition with modern innovation, Kye De Vere brings a fresh perspective to the music industry, leaving a lasting impression.

    Ju-né

    Hailing from the tranquil shores of Tobago to the dynamic stages of London, Ju-né has become a celebrated voice in the world of Jazz. With over 15 years of experience, this soulful powerhouse seamlessly connects with her audience, delivering performances that resonate deeply with the heart and soul. Her breakthrough performance at the Jazz Artists on the Greens in 2023 marked the beginning of her ascent in London's vibrant Jazz scene. Since then, Ju-né has graced some of the city's most iconic venues and festivals, including Ronnie Scott's, the Love Supreme Jazz Festival, and The O2 Arena, cementing her reputation as a captivating performer. Now based in London, Ju-né dreams of taking her talent to audiences across the globe, both as a lead and supporting vocalist.

    A.S.P.I.R.E. Showcase Band

    Arima Steel Pan Institute Resource Education Center "A.S.P.I.R.E." was officially formed in April 2022 with pioneering steelpan player Kenneth Clarke, along with Sankar Lokai, and Johnny Neptune as a performance-based ensemble (showcase band) and music teaching institute with a focus on the steel pan. They will open the live music performances on the On the Greens Stage.

We welcome world class regional and international talent from everywhere on to the JAOTG Stages. Creole jazz, contemporary jazz, steelpan jazz, a mix of jazz vocals and instrumental music will be offered to patrons at JAOTG™ 2025.
