With Citadino, Infanzón gives his version of Mexican identity so hard to describe, which is not limited only to the proud folk roots. He does it in a harmonic language that mixes huasteco, abajeña, montuno or danzón with jazz to illustrate one of the world's largest cities, Mexico City. The CD's title loosely translates to "one from the city."
